If you want to ride this bull market, then better don’t go for ICICI direct. Their servers are very slow and at crucial trading hours it will not be available. It was down for most of the time on 08-Jan-2004. Let alone trading. You can’t get to their main page itself which contains general information. You can compare the brokers at this link https://businessworldindia.com/dec2903/pf_onlinetrading.asp , https://businessworldindia.com/dec2903/pf_onlinetrading.asp# . Whenever I complain to them they come out with the excuse that it may because internet connection will be slow. I am using cable internet and I am able to trade comfortably with sharekhan. Hence please boycott ICICIDirect and go for other brokers. You will be loosing your money at crucial times.
They simply add the customers without upgrading their systems. Since ICICI direct product review is not included I am forced to write under HDFC securities. Also I have sent a request to inclue ICICI direct since irate customers like me can voice their concerns.
