The online trading website takes forever to load.there are number of times I could not be able sell or buy at an appropriate time, have to watch ur money eroding helplessly, most of the time login itself takes 30mints or more. had to incur huge losses. there is no way u can place order as their customer service is not at all reliable . what a pathetic online trading account! very frustrating.
