I am an investor using the HDFC securities. Initially it was fine and they responded nicely. Now the response is not that much great and also the iphone mobile app is not at all logging in to do the trading.
I have lost some money due to this. HDFC has a good brand name in India. But it may not exist after sometime, if it goes like this.
