Head and shoulders is alright but it doesnt really do the trick.
Pros:
-Moderately effective at combating normal dandruff
Cons:
-Expensive
-I dont like the feel of my hair or the fragrance after using it
-I dont like the blue color
I’d reccomend Pantene Anti Dandruff-- it looks and feels like a regular shampoo, not some chemical or medicine. Plus I find it to be effective if used every three days. Its got a plain white color and a sweet smell. My hair always feels (to me at least) softer and more manageable. And it really does get rid of the dandruff.
My dandruff is the kind which comes back if I dont use Antidandruff shampoo.
I’ve tried the more medicinal varieties of anti dandruff shampoo -- I forgot the name, but it has something called Selenium Sulphide and its orange in color. Not only does that one smell yucky, it looks poisonous and I havent tried it long enough to figure out if it really was effective or not.
I’ve also tried Clinic All Clear, but it looks like a Head and Shoulders wannabe.
Not to say Head&Shoulders is bad. If you like it and its effective on your hair, nothing like it.
