Hey guys you all might have using Head and Shoulders anti dandruff shampoo. They have got a good advertisement, and also it is considered as good by some of us. Don’t think that using shampoo is good for our hair. Shampoos can cause many Hair problems, even health. So be cautious while using a shampoo.
Most of the shampoos contains SODIUM/SULPHATE compound in it. The sodium compound damages hair considerably. If you check the backside of the package of the shampoo we can see the ingredients of the shampoo, first will be Sodium Laureth Sulphate and Sodium Lauryl Sulphate which is not good for hair.
So if you are using shampoo for carrying your hair you should check whether those both compound are not in the ingredients description of the shampoo.
