Head & Shoulders is not your shampoo if you want long, smooth, silky hair. However, when it comes to beating dandruff, there’s no other. It uses Selenium/ Zinc to get rid of the flaky stuff, and while these compounds are great at fighting the flaky stuff, they’re not too gentle for your hair either.
Either frazzled hair or other short-term side-effects.
However, I’d recommend H&S as a short-term (5-14 day) remedy for getting rid of dandruff if you’re affected, and not as a regular-use shampoo.
