Like many other so called’Recruitment Consultants’(one finds sprouting up now-a-days like mushroom), Head Honchos is no different. They have a bunch of inexperienced lowly qualified females claiming to be experts in understanding any functionality. I paid money to them for two consecutive 6-month periods and never got any call from them. a complete waste of money. I am a qualified Finance Professional with 22 years of experience in MNC manufacturing entities - and yet, Head Honchos could not find an appropriate placement for me since last one year.
Nowadays, these placement consulting business keeps earning Rs 5-10k per candidate for becoming members(luring them with promises of enormous opportunities) - and thats the end - They never provide any opportunity, since they neither have any contacts nor do they bother to place any. They are happy grabbing Rs 5-10k from each desperate candidate!
