Though I am not the paid member of this website like others but has very important information to give over here.
We have a recruitment consulting company in Bangalore and we see our job positing which are there on naukri.com and monster.com has been copied and pasted on headhonchos.com just like other free job sites.
Now when they do not have anything substantial to offer and just to increase the job positing they are doing this thing , I can imagine what kind of service they will offer to paid members.
As a recruitment person in the industry I can see this kind of service will not last long. even naukri.com couldn’t pull off this paid service for candidates. all their revenue comes through employers only. I suggest people to stay away from this website who is not valuable for candidates
whenever any companies has some opening senior or junior they want to fill , largely they have two option, either they will hire on their own by job portals or go to consultants. now both way they will find you if you are there on job portals or on linkedin. no need to pay for paid service of any job portals. as a consultant we are always hungry for candidates and we even reach those people who are not on job portals so this paid service doesn’t make sense when companies are looking for you.
So on a senior level if you do not get any job offer from these portals that means the jobs are definitely less. At last all I want to clear that stay away from any paid service of all job portals.
