Looks like the premium membership they charge is a scam. There is absolutely no use and no personalization as they claim in their sales calls. Though their sales team calls on weekends and after-office hours, their after-sales calls are strictly 9AM-6PM on weekdays only.
It is like having a restaurant "closed for lunch". They don’t follow up on any leads and they just send these emails, just like any other. Overall, I feel Its absolutely a waste of time and money. Repeated complaints to them have not yielded any result so far. I hope they take this seriously.
