Lost over a lakh after purchasing a Hifiman Arya. It was damaged. They didn’t replace it, and Hifiman India support on top actually blamed me and insinuated I cheated them by sending them an older damaged Headphone. I don’t understand how these businesses can run after treating their customers so poorly. I’m never going to purchase any products with these guys or Hifiman ever again and I’d recommend anyone else to stay away as well.
Also if you’re looking to buy one, remember they can NEVER BE REPAIRED. I wish someone told me that before I spent a ton of my hard earned money on these scammy companies.
