It has been a month since I bought a headphone from jabra recommended website headsets india. I fell for the high discounted headset from the website which is usually 24000, jabra Biz 2400 duo ii is the version of the headset but they are selling it at 4600 INR.
I asked the guys before buying the headset over phone and as per their recommendation I bought the headset also. But the sad part is the fancy part ended just after the order. The headset reached and the connector they gave is not tha Jabra branded one, some innova xxx indian branded local quality ones. It started giving me microphone problems and immediately I started talking to people in jabra. From they on these guys are simply talking and no solutions happened yet. Wish I had bought in amazon or something so that I could have returned it. Headsetsindia.com has really poor service and I Highly do not recommend buying jabra headsets in india as the service is this poor. Jabra and headsets india should have better management to handle the sales and services in india, if they continue like this the amazing product line of Jabra is of no use.
