Today afternoon, I went to H&G kormangala 7 block. I experienced a very unprofessional attitude from one of the guy staffs wearing fully black in the billing counter.
I asked him about my loyalty point but he said "you dont have piont". Again I told him I am a regular customer, he replied "there is no internet" and he just proceeded to payment hurriedly assive there is customers waiting for their billings. This is my first negative experience in H&G. I felt hurt and disappointed.
It might technical problem or any issue but he needs to learn and improve in customer service.
