After asking my question, a Healthcare Magic Doctor asked a follow up question. I responded with the answer but didn’t get a reply. When I asked for my money back Healthcare Magic sent me an autoreply email that said I had "used" their service by replying to the Doctor and no refund would be given. I was just answering their question so I could an answer to mine! Smells like a scam to me.
After threatening to ask for money back I did finally get an answer(which seemed competent), but am still waiting(three days now) for a reply to my follow up question despite purchasing an unlimited membership.
If you have to chase them down and threaten to request money back in order to get a reply, it’s not money well spent.
