Device doesnot work - #Healthgenie #BP# Monitor

I bought of #Healthgenie #BP# MonBrianbalakumaranr# digital Upper arm BPM 01W Automatic with irregular heart beat indicator - 24 MONTHS WARRANTY [ASIN: B010FGSM7Q], Order ID 402-3604423-53387491 from amazon.in on Jul 20. I also activated the warranty in their site within 30 days.


Initially the #BP monBrianbalakumaranr worked for 3 to 4 times and gave proper BP reading. However, after that device started giving trouble. The device is just vibrating but the monBrianbalakumaranr is not giving any reading of the BP. I have tried calling their call center #011-48323232 and also wrote to their #customer care. The customer care number DONOT work at all it plays music.


This is what is I get answer from their end.
