I ordered a product on 9th jan and its been 4 months still havnt got the product or the cash back.
The most disgusting part is I get a call from them that we will give your money back but remove the bad review you have written. Still havent received money bak after 4months wait.

I purchased a product from their site on 9th jan and I guess it was extremely silly of me not to take the option of cod and now its 27th jan and I have no clue when I m getting the product. I m just stuck.
I get one call from them every week with some new point why I havent got my product yet.the most stupid call being last time when they called and said madam the name of product has changed so I hope u will be ok with it and after this confirmation only vll send the product. 1st they took my order and called after a week to say that colour isnt available.2nd call next week to say v have the product now.3rd call to confirm this and now this stupid call.
moreover if u call their call centre no one ever picks up.imagine where u get stuck.
I am not cancelling my order only becos I dont want to be running behind them again for the money.
The good reviews definately seem fake to me.
