I ordered two nos. of LP open Patella knee supports for both my knees to help me from injury during tennis games vide order no.100018590 Nov 27 2013. It was a COD order. I made the necessary payment, however on opening the sealed packet I observed that I was supplied with only 01 no. while I have paid for 2 nos.
I immediately raised a complain in their website RMA 0000000285. They called back and said that they have made a mistake and that they shall sent the remaining piece immediately. Then they went mum. When I called them again they informed that they have checked and there is no fault at their end. I asked them to check their stock and that I would not take so much pain to call them making a false claim.
They again reverted that they have indeed made a mistake but the item is out of stock now. So asked them to return the part payment for non supplied item which they have agreed immediately and asked me for bank details which I provided immediately. That was in 16th December 2013. But till date they have not refunded me my money.
So customers beware they are basically cheaters. Don’t buy any product from them. You can also check their Facebook page where I have posted a lot of my grievance. If you buy from them they will give you mental harassment.
