I came up with this particular website from my friend who tried this website and he suggested me for the same.
I was seeking for weighting machine so thought lets give a shot.
I ordered the weighting machine from the site and they gave me 1000 bucks wallet account which you cant use at ones.
If you want to use that you have to ordered again and again from website.Lets not talk about it.
I didn’t thought about the cahback or wallet amount bafore buying weighting machine, I was generally ordered machine which I liked and the Product I got in good condition not a single scratch on it.I was very happy with it.As they mention to register on site for warranty.Everything was fine.
But then I realize that the machine is showing difference in weight again and again.
The machine was malfunctioning so I contact healthgenie and they told me that I have to video shoot the difference and I did the same and contact them.But they didn’t reply for my that mail.
I called them and told them about this then the customer service center told me to send package to given address and shipping charge I have to pay.What is the point if I have to spend more money to get product which is not good instead of that I would go in local shop and get other product and if I get any problem then I would contact the shop manager or owner.
I had a bad experience with Healthgenie and I would not recommend this to anyone.
