I had asked for reports at that time there was non transparency as all tests names were notctold and no guidance was given . as healthcare we are layman as we listen to healthcare advisor as we dont have any knowledge. So non transparency from day 1 then call centre will not be ready to take your complsnit and will harass u by disconnecting or putting on long holds etc. The after even after 10 days there are reports pending
Which is already delayed. My purpose of getting report is not served and harassed by different methods. Dont take their services
