Poor quality report and poor response from custome

Had very bad experience in terms of report results and response from customer service.Blood sample was collected on time and I received report also on time. But few resultsdidn’t seems to be correct. When I asked for retest they asked me to get it retested from market as they have money back guarantee. When I got it retested results were totally wrong. Values shown by healthcare gave me and my family sleepless nights. I informed customer service for the. Wrong results but till today I haven’t got the satisfactory response. In fact they have stopped responded to my mails


Inspire of multiple requests doctor never called up for consultation also. Very pathetic experience. They don’t care any the customer.
