These guys collect blood in name of sample and then sell it off to blood banks for money!!

Blood was collected in abundance and was informed that this is a critical test so we need to have extra blood as sample to be on safer side, next day sample is rejected, on contacting customer care informed: RBC was not sufficient so was rejected (not sure what that meant), on contacting person who collected sample was informed that there was some confusion in patients name (created by Healthians) so they rejected the sample to avoid any Chaos , all this happened without customer being informed once so that confusion if any could be fixed . All the blood is wasted .Booking id closed and new booking id opened so that blood sample can be collected again !!!
