On 20th and 21 st July 2021, I had to be on fast till 12 pm waiting for the guy to collect the sample. but he was so rude that he kept on delaying the time till 12 pm, till then at least I was able to connect with the customer care, after which when I tried calling at customer care, the call gets disconnected saying, we have sent u the update on your registered mobile number. Don’t trust these people. It’s a waste of time and energy. A guy named Mukesh Bhirade, who was supposed to collect the sample was so rude.
