This happened in the Healthie restaurant (GK, Delhi).
I had placed an order through swiggy and I have been doing that on healthie from a month. It was all good till now. The quality and taste of the food items is great. Bu ti had a totally cheap experience with their emplayee "RAJESH JHA" today on phone via swiggy. He works in GK restaurant I guess. He told swiggy that the item is not available. I requested to swiggy to connect me to him so they asked him and he said "NOT INTERESTED". Then I asked swiggy to request him to order another item and pay the balance amount. He said "NO ITEM WILL REPLACE KETO QUESADILLA". Then I asked swiggy to order Chicken and Balasmic Onion Sandwich and he replied that that item can not replace it, they clearly told as I was on call and could hear the conversation that we will pay the extra amount and this restaurant guy refused. The we request him 4 to 5 times to speak with me and he constantly replied "NOT INTERESTED". This is the most pathetic and 3rd class behaviour I have ever encountered from a hospitality company. This guy either is mentally not sound or the company has trained their employees to misbehave with the customers. Also, if a restaurant is not capable enough to take care of orders from swiggy and the who ever is the idiot who has listed on swiggy should. remove the restaurant from swiggy. I think this restaurant Brand should be ashamed of themselves.
Another note that people should know is that this restaurant has no contact number and you can not speak to anyone, ! Bravo on the customer management. Their is a chat option who will not share any contact details too.
Its only a suggestion to all the customers of this restaurant, that you should only physically visit the store and then order on as the food is good, but when someone misbehaves, you can deliver a lesson then and there itself as the restaurant hardly gives a damn. this restaurant is not capable of receiving orders online.
