I have been using the cereal since a while now and have to say I am pretty satisfied with it. The box claims to have 15gms of protein per serve i.e per 50gms and added 2gms from milk, which is a very good amount of protein. the cereal has rolled oats, soy rings, and raisins for taste. Yes, there is no whey as in other products such as Braggs cereal, hence all the protein should be coming from soy. So, beware of the soy before purchase. On the bright side, it keeps the cost low, so that’s a good thing. Also, it’s a sugar-free cereal, which is great for all. the taste, however, is a mixed opinion. I liked it better when cocoa powder is added to it.
Overall a very good cereal for the money, definitely recommended.
