Bought my first product from this site and there was no response till day 4, other than order confirmation mail. On enquiry they informed that they don’t have the product. They took 4 days to realize that product is not available and they should respond. This is not it....options I was provided were 1. Get Health kart credit, 2. Buy other product 3. Buy similar product at 33% more cost.
Well I requested them that I can’t opt any of these options please refund. To my surprise their email stated " your order has been cancelled as requested by you"....I doubt if they can survive with such services....
