I recently ordered some products from healthkart.com and I must say, am truly amazed. The delivery time was super fast and the products I received are genuine. I can say that because I have purchased the end products in past and I am well versed with the counterfeits. And when I say recently, I mean 3 days back. I placed the order on 18th early morning and I just did receive my package even-though the address I had it shipped to is not a metro nor a major city.
I decided to test HK because first, it is one of the very few sites that provides imported products and health products at that which we don’t have many in India and; secondly, I had gone through the various ’bad’ reviews that I found online and even in this very community. I was extremely skeptical and dreaded the possibility of being victim of such a situation but- I decided to take the leap. And man, I am one happy jumper.
I am very pleased with HK and it has been a great first-time experience. I am sold, completely. As of all the negative reviews, I do not know about you but my experience was great and I do pity that you went through all that whatsoever may have been the reason. And for Healthkart.com, you have earned a loyal (and very happy) customer, for the time being at least.
For the record, additional factors involved in writing this review-
The products ordered were needed asap due to health issues with a family member and we wanted to start immediately. The fast delivery earned major points for HK.
