I am so angry with healthkart services and their idiotic customer service. I had ordered a product from them. They delivered the product which was just about to expire.
I initiated the return and requested them multiple times to their many customer service agents to send me a replacement with valid shelf life but they are so deaf that again they sent me the product which was about to expire. I called them again and wrote emails but no proper response. I am very angry with these people. They just don’t bother about customer issues but rather on delivering poor products at exorbitant rates.
I don’t recommend healthkart to anyone. You will regret every bit ordering from healthkart.
Besides, healthkart sounds like flipkart and many people are fooled with this using kart as suffix by these hopeless companies.
But healthkart does not belong to flipkart. They are separate companies.
