Its a mixed feeling to write about healthkart.com. It was my first experience with them. I needed eye lenses desperately because of my college farewell and it was available on healthkart with good discounts. So I ordered them happily.
But after 2 days while tracking my order got surprised when I saw that due to some technical issues they haven’t received any order from my side. I ordered 2 times for the same product.
Well, after 6-7 days they dispatched my order and I finally got them after 10 days and couldn’t attend my farewell with lenses.
But when I open the courier I was more than happy as they sent me lens case and solution along with lenses .and that too for free. It was not mentioned in their offer so after getting this I forgot all my complains and planning to give my next order soon.
