Fraud company Healthkart cheating customers

I had placed the order 10664775-B60403 on healthkart on 12th of Dec and on 23rd Dec


evening I received the order. Packaging was really pathetic and I received the box in torn state. Please find the attached pic.


I did not want to receive the order seeing at the worst kind of packaging(this is happening to me for the 2nd time(10391901-39251 Last time also I gave complaint regarding this.). However I received the package as I was in urgent need of a medicinal cream Mederma(I ordered 2 tubes) and in the local market in Bhubaneswar, its not readily available.


After opening the packet, I found many items in opened state, but the 2 tubes of Mederma Creams are missing from my order.


1 tube of Mederma Cream costs Rs. 650, so I immediately wrote to the Healthkart Customer Care along with a picture of the torn package that I had received. But never received any reply from them. I have written to them a couple of times and even called them, but no one from their customer services team responded. 2 weeks have passed now. Let me also mention that I am one of their gold customers and I have been treated like this. So I can imagine what might be happening to the normal customers.
