Used the site for the first time and not at all happy with the site’s payment gateway. Ordered a protein supplement worth 1200 Rs. The payment failed but amount got debited from my bank account. Sent a query before 2 days and no reply from them(Site says all queries will be addressed within 24 hours - false promise). Site says the failed payment amount will be returned automatically within 7 working days, I can only hope.
Not a happy experience for a first time user. I have ordered the same product from Snapdeal.com
