I ordered something last week and am still waiting. Though an email came 3 days ago about dispatch there is no item yet. Tried calling but phone is disconnected which is a bad sign for an upcoming business. Sent an email but no response yet.
Finally, got thru on the phone just now only to be rudely told off by the person who refused to even login my complaint and give a complaint number. As of now I don’t know if I have got conned by this website or that’s the way they are!! In either case, spells disaster for an upcoming website when there many more focused on excellence in service.
