Worst Delivery experience every had

Pros:


Best thing is Customer Support team is good. They were very soft spoken and helped me to get my product delivered as I expected even though there was delay. What I observed is calling customer care is more useful than mail.


Cons:


I had ordered for the TT table which is by obvious huge in size and heavy. The delivery comes in goods auto and says it will drop it at the gate of my Apartment and not deliver to door step. Had to call customer care and after constant follow up every alternate day, I got it delivered to 2nd Floor to my Door Step after 10 days.


The website doesn’t give proper info about the status of the delivery as Delivery team doesn’t update it properly.  And please add 10 more days to the delivery date if the goods ordered is bulk in size.
