It was a nightmare shopping from Healthkart. It’s been almost a month since I placed the order. Worst of all I made an online payment. After almost my long 18 days wait, I decided to cancel my order. Its been exactly two weeks since my order was cancelled and no refund yet.
After repeated chats with their support staff I was told "4-5 more working days" every time. And last Monday I got a fake transaction id after demanding for it twice. I din’t realize it was fake then. I waited for 2 more days and raised a request with my bank giving them the Healthkart-given transaction id and today I was told that NO REFUND HAS BEEN DONE BY YOUR SO CALLED MERCHANT, HEALTHKART.
I suggest Healthkart should have a "DONATE" button on their webpage rather than CHEATING the innocents.
Pray my review reaches everyone who wants to shop from f**king healthkart. I promise to never return to this website again in my life and always will recommend my friends and relatives out of this filthy shopping site.
