They are accepting orders online with advance payment, but the delivery does not happen citing lockdown as excuse. Ultimately the order will be cancelled and then when customer follow up, they will issue refund.
In this process they are keeping customers’ money with them for a month and earning interest on that. if delivery is not possible, they should not accept orders online(like many other e-commerce websites are declining order)
In order to make customers not call up, they have changed their customer care number to IVRS so that one cannot follow up or talk with a customer care person.(However one can still do that by choosing option 4 and then option 2 in IVR)
Interestingly, their delivery person will come if it is a COD order. In my case -Order Number HKD-15306-24336593-the delivery person came twice asking for COD payment.
