I am here to write about a breach of privacy and sharing of personal information without my permission by healthkart!
I got a call one fine morning(on the registered number) from a guy who said he is from Healthkart and gave exact details of my address, registered number and my recent purchases and went on to ask very uncomfortable and personal questions regarding my purchase and reasons for the same.
Now, their support says they don’t have a record of that and that none from their concern called. How is this possible?
I am very concerned about this breach of privacy and sharing of intimate details about my purchases and the intrusive call done to further probe about it.
If you don’t want people calling you up and asking uncomfortable questions about your purchase, look for better online shopping sites that are ethical and don’t harass customers about their personal information!
