I recently ordered the following from https://healthkart.com (Order#1351723-14325)

As one can see these are expensive products. I placed the order on 22 August 2012. Today they said on the call that one of the product (shampoo) is out of stock. As per them this should have been shipped within 2 to 4 working days and this time is over. I was not informed at any point that the product was out of stock. I called them 2 times before and they said its going to be shipped tomorrow or today...no one ever said its out of stock.
Also, why the order is allowed to be placed when the product was out of order. Healthkart has become 3rd grade online business. They don’t care for the customers anymore.The quality of their Customer Service Representatives is won’t say it and also they have stopped the option of online chat ..
