I had ordered baby wipes on the site on paying Rs 248. including the 50/- for shipping charges, which they promised to be delivered in 4 days.. but did not receive it even after 7 days on making inquiries got to know they had sent the courier to a wrong address which the courier company returned back.
On making multiple calls and following up with them on my order I always got a false promise that they would let me know the status in 24 hrs / 48 hrs etc.. even after 4 days of lodging the complaint they did not have the courtesy to respond back and update me about the product. every time I had to follow up with them and I get a standard answer that the product is shipped..
Finally getting frustrated I asked for a refund which they are said they can initiate only after receiving the product back from the courier company.. I feel so cheated.. I paid upfront before receiving the product based on trust of the brand, did not get the product, now I don’t even get the refund .. how worse can it get...
friends stay away from **healtkart.com** not worth spending the hard earned money and loose time and effort to get the product from them...
