I had bought a product from a shopping website very cheaply but I was not sure if it was genuine or not so I thought may be I should buy the same product from a different website to see if I get the same thing from them as well, and as I had heard good things about healthkart, I chose to buy from them. I received the delivery within 2 days from healthkart(at a higher price, of course) which was great but remember I had to pay more(about 15% more) at healthkart compared to the other website.
Then I thought of posting a review on healthkarts website. In the first part of the review, I talked about the product itself & near the end I had written something like - *"Healthkarts service is very good, I received the product within 2 days of ordering but the price of the product was high compared to another shopping website"* - & now, its been several weeks since I posted that & I still dont see my review on their website.
Just imagine, they didnt post my review because I had merely said that there is "another website"(didnt even mention its name) that is offering the same product at a cheaper price. Considering this, it seems unlikely that if someone has a bad experience with healthkart then their review will get posted there.
Such manipulation of the review-system on their website is reprehensible, & even though I previously had good opinion of healthkart, that has changed, I dont think Ill be able to trust a website that manipulates customer-reviews.
