We placed an order on the 7th Feb 2014. on 13th Feb 2014. When I called to check the status, one’ Gaurav’ informs me that it will take another 24 to 48 hours to dispatch and will take another 3-5 days to reach(Mumbai)!
Requested to speak to a senior/manager; after being put on hold, was told he is on another call. No one else available.I was told will have’call-back’ arranged. wonder if that will ever happen!
My suggestion - avoid this supplier/portal. and in future place an order for a small value on new online shopping sites, to test them.i do.
P.S. I have had a great experience with both Flipkart and Jabong, please do not consider this as a suggestion that you try them.
