I completely agree with Ruths Review on Healthkart as I was also one of the employees of the company and faced the same thing with these cheaters. I was also asked to Resign from the company stating some non-genuine reason of quality & late coming by 10-15 mins. I believe that was time when company was doing cost cutting & throwing out the employees whom they where giving package more than 15 thousand.
They removed people without any valid reason wherein they are aware that how much people like Ruth n me need that job, now the employees start kicking on their back but still they are not ready to let them go.As per Tamans the HR Heads words the FnF was supposed to be done on 45th day. I resigned on 6th August with 15 days notice period payout which they need to give me on 21st September 2013 but till date m chasing them for that amount which they promised to pay but now disconnecting my calls.
I didnt mention anything on mouthshut earlier as I need that money n cant trust these cheaters if they dont provide the same, coz m the only earner in the family of 7 members excluding me. But nature & signature cant be changed & the fact is that the company is least bother about other persons financial issues. It seems that they going to shut down the company soon that why they dont bother this stuff. The silly issues on which me,
Ruth and some other employees were thrown out are still in practice with most of the employees of the company but they dont have the guts to do the biased behavior with them as they have to put a big lock on their company then. I dont understand that why they are asking for a months notice period to a person who joined on the same day with me wherein they are giving me only 15 days notice period salary, that means either that persons 15 days notice period should be accepted or I should get one month salary, right?
A week prior to my resignation I got an appreciation mail from customers end who advised to hire more employees like me but m sure that Bharat, Umang or anybody who wanted me to resign was dont have the access to check that.
Now I wanna ask only one thing that if on LATE COMING ISSUE they throw me out from the company then should I also demand for the compensation for DALAYING in my FnF???
