This is the worst online Shopping Experience I have countered. Being an Avid online Shopper I believe i have seen all the ups and downs that one may come across while an exception but this Experience with Healthkart was even Worse and Trust me this was no exception. Worst Online & Telephonic Support systems that they have will not let you get in touch with them at first place. You place an Order with them, They provide you with their deadlines. Be assured that they are not going to stand by any of the deadlines they provide. Youll have to continuously take follow ups for your the products.
The calls will be put on hold forever and you keep losing your money even on calls. The money for the product that you had ordered would already have been paid by you so youll have to run after them. They are very chilled out. Itll make no difference to them even if you keep calling them on a daily basis. Once they respond theyll keep assuring you your order is about to get dispatched. I doubt if they have a warehouse or Vendors to procure products that they display coz after about 20 days youll get a message that your order has been cancelled. Now repeat the process to get your refund. Mine was a Gift for someone so I had to take a hit on my goodwill. Dont waste your money and time more importantly.
