The first time we visited: the setup looked ok but basic things were out of place.
there was power outage. How can a clinic not have power backup
we wanted to pay by card, but apparently they only had 1 machine to swipe credit cards which someone had taken outside premises to deliver pharmacy, hence I was forced to withdraw cash from ATM and pay. there are no ATMs closeby anyways
the second time, we experienced things that have made it our last visit to the clinic:
- Pathology: went for giving routine blood sample for our 2 year old. The sisters took 15 mins preparing. Inserted the needle for more than 5 mins with barely any blood being collected. the sister collecting the blood said that the second sister holding the baby held the hand at a wrong position preventing blood flow. People dont seem to be qualified to handle their tasks
My son now has an inflamation on his hand thanks to healthspring with blood collected which they say is insufficient for any tests
- Security: A group of 10-12 eunuchs entered the clinic and created havoc at the reception. People didnt have a clue on how to handle such a situation. No security, no seniors - hopeless setup
