I visited healthspring koperkhairane branch, since I had my medical insurance checkup centre nearby from my corporate office. initially they did my health check which was complimentary with my health plan.
before giving any report, the doctor asked for additional test which were very expensive at their clinic. when I asked for my report for my mediclaim health check up, they refused saying its compulsory to do the additional test from their clinic only. it was pathetic situation. so I did it somehow since they gave me good offer and discount. additionally they told me to buy coupon on which I got some additional 30 percent benefit. so I bought the coupon.
they did not gave me the coupon at the instant and said they will mail me the details with the report. after a week they sent me the report along with the bill.i was surprised that they have have not given me any discount on the additional test and generated the standard rates which used up my all the coupon amount. this was very shocking for me. when I called them up, they refused for any discounts on the health checkup. they said that, if you will buy the coupon there is no discount on the check up rates. this was the cheap trick they played with me to cheat me. this branch is most corrupt I ever came across. sick mentality. they will talk to you nicely and try to cheat you. dont ever go to this clinic.
