Hi friends I feel very happy to share this information regarding healthy weight loss as I m a bit more health conscious so I go to gym daily for rocking body for that I had beast diet unfortunately I gained lot of weight which is a healthy muscle fit body but due to heavy meals I got a little belly too so in order to get slim again I totally quit gym for one month I had only green tea and totally skipped my non veg diet forever and I started jogging daily for 3km with in 2 weeks I have lost 4kgs its true but its not so easy guys you should have a particular plan of schedule for the whole day try it now I m 72 from 90 . I love it try yourself too but be positive before you get results.
