Any progress starts with measurement. For a Healthy Weight Loss there are two things to consider.
a. Are you Overweight. Check your normal age-height-weight+ family history to know if you really need a weight loss. 25% of all the weight loss cases will get solved this way, means they are just ok. For these people they need to keep fit only.
b. How much of weight you want to lose. All the programs that sayNo need to control diet, are false. This is because Weight Loss needs to control diet. Control diet means control the time of intake and output. Dont start your weight loss program by fasting. Starts from the MIND. Convince yourself you can lose weight. Target the weight you are looking for. Make a plan of the following.
(i) increase exercise by 10mins every day.
(ii) Decrease food intake by 5%
(iii) Increase Water Intake by 10%
(iv) Discipline you time for eating, sleeping. Give a 4 hr break before you sleep.
Believe me, you will lose weight and come back to the scale. No need for Aerobics, Weight loss capsules, and all those fancy things that cost a fortune and produce similar results. Eat anything, but control your intake and keep bowels clean. Sleep well.
