We are in such a pathetic world where innocent people are taken for a ride almost always.I’m no exception.I bought’Forever Slim tea’ from GTM teleshopping after having seen their ad for almost a regular period of 15 - 20 days. The ad is quite convincing. After a lot of contemplation and arguments at home I finally convince my parents that its an ayurvedic product and no side effects hence I would just buy 1 box and take the trial offer. I call them up.
A person by name suresh picks up the call and tells me he is from Karnataka too and is glad to help me. Not to be taken by his sweet words I ask him about the guarantee, he says you just dont worry mam I promise to help you out if you are not satisfied with the product more so since we are offering’money back’. I am wanting to place an order for 1 box he pressurizes me to go for the value pack of 2 under which I would save Rs 225/-.
He also tells me within 15 days I could use 1 box along with another person if I go ahead with 2 boxes. I place the order on 19th Jan and I get the box on 22nd of jan. Which I must say I was pretty impressed with it also made me think they would equally be responsive after the product has been used. Alas! That was not the case. I used it for 15 days and felt a bloat from within instead of weight loss. I repeatedly called them and everytime they gave a different number and were not ready to help me send the product back. I also started gaining weight more and more and I stopped it with immediate effect.
Now am left with one and half box of tea bags. Their customer service is horrible as much as the product itself. I kindly request each and everyone to be very sure before ordering products from GTM TELE SHOPPING. Worst product and Horrible service.
