I am a medical professional , have been practising since the last 8 years and I have come accross various theories, studies , Research materials and plenty of videos on youtube by various fitness guides talked to so many people etc.Infact I have done of lot of experimentation with myself and I can say this is help you all , those determined to really loose the excess weight! It was one decade before people used to say avoid oily food, eat less and do exercise and you will reduce weight .But, thats OLD .The latest studies show that if you want to loose weight effectively you need to understand one hidden thief in our food i.e SUGAR.Yes this may sound strange but it is the fact .If you eat lots of sugar and eat oily foods medium , you won’t loose weight because when the insulin or sugar level is high inside you body , the excess food or calories are not broken down.It remains and slowly gets accumulates ; thats how one develop so called BELLY FAT OR : EXTRA POUNDS.TIPS1) Avoid Direct sugars like the one refined or what we use regularly on a daily basis.2) Calculate your total Calorie requirement by using various apps like according to your mobile like samsung health, caloriecounter, myfitness pall etc.3) Once you get to know how much you need to eat , for instance for an adult it would be around 2200Kcal for men and 1800Kcal for women.Reduce 500 from the value and keep that as your limit for the day because we are planing a deficit of 500 calories .This in long run helps to reduce gradually and in an healthy way4) Understand the fact that Weight loss of half a Pound also requires times for a contant result.so Be patient.I have tried sany health drinks etc.Those like me would agree to what I say , it doesn’t happen that way within one week or 2 weeks etc.Just reducing few kilos after tough regime and starving is not healthy and you would end up with other problems.So plan your diet well.5) Keep a log of what you eat and drink and maintain that regularly and be within your Calorie level .Fat is required for our body for various functions but careshould be taken what kind of fat you are eating and what kind of fat each item you ingest.6) Have some sort of physical activity like walking or running , if you can do intense forms then good but ultimately you need to burn some calories .One warning , when you do exercise or walk or run , after that you may feel hungry and feel like you need lots of food thats the DANGER.Be determined to control your apetite.7) Drink plenty of water and have adequate sleep.Green tea in honey on an empty stomach once or twice daily will also give good result.8) Include more vegetables and fruits in your diets including dry fruits.They are very helpful in maintaining you body weight9) Avoid stressful situation and come out of annoying thoughts about anything like bad job place, difficult family life etc etc because that will aggrevate the situation and forces you to eat a lot.10) Be positive and never under-estimate yourself.Don’t loose hope if its not happening right now .It will surely give you result when you are not ready toQUIT.So understand these things and apply in your daily lives you will see the difference.I have done it , You can also do it.
