Just when you thought it was safe to sleep in bed!

I came up with how-to workout in bed! Here is what to do.

This is tailored to people who may not have worked out in a long time.

Most people find a safe haven in bed. I am here to ruin that for you. I will show you how to not only sleep and dream, in bed, but to do the deed of exercise!  )

Before you go to bed, get a a few pillows, and lay it beneath your calves. The more pillows the bigger the movement.

Then you lift your glutes up while tightening your entire lower half.

You can also just lay in bed and flex your gluteus until you feel them burn.

They are the largest muscle in our bodies, so keeping them in shape is worth it since muscle burns more calories than fat.

You can also do your gluteus in your chair while you write!

Just squeeze and release, squeeze and release. Do this till you feel the burn, a few times a day. Every little bit helps.  And summer is coming.

For calves:

Get a pillow and place it on the floor beneath your feet.  You have to have a chair that goes back. Then you place your toe tips on the pillow and bring your heels up down and up.

Just the motion of your muscles moving is good for your circulation. Which if you have bad circulation can cause many other problems.

Doing Abs in bed? Any way to get yourself to do a few sit-ups is worth it, even if you do it in bed.

If you cannot do Abs in bed for a any reason. Then stand up against a wall, and flatten your back to it. Make sure there is no space and then, tighten your gut, and do crunches pushing your lower back into the wall.

Oh one last thing to do for exersize! Well, well do I have to spell it out?

However, remember, consistency works best.
