FAT: NOWADAYS EVERYTHING WE EAT HAS TOO LOT OF FAT CONTENT, what can we do, even a spoon of cooking has more fat, well, we cant avoid that. what to do?

for a gymer, gains are gained by 80% of food control and 20% of workout.

not to go to gym or anywhere just stay control when you see your most liked fatty dishes,
Eat only thrice a day, be strict to it not even override it even a single day.
mostly be friendly with veggies and fruits and wheat, this makes u loss weight sooner.
keep a diet list and follow it. snacks which are fried are danger for us, so avoid it strictly.
walk in eve and morn just do simple exercises you know.
diet chart:
morning:
8.00 am 1 apple and 1 glass of milk
9.00 am 1 glass of water.
10.00 am: any vegetables boiled(except potato)
afternoon:
12.00 or 1.00 pm: 1 bowl of rice with vegetables. include onion in ur meal.
3.00 pm: watermelon, lemon, pomegranate, papaya, muskmelon(any one sliced)
5.00 pm have a vegg soup or a fresh juice(except sapota/chikku)
dinner:
8.00 pm chapati mandatory, more than 2 its enough with veg curry, if ur a non vegetarian take meat once or twice a weak.
10.00 pm drink 1 glass of water before sleep, take some dry grapes or almond(7 or 8)
follow this diet strictly for a weak definitely you will find results in your body which encourages you to maintain it till you become as like you want.
from my experience this diet will reduce 1 to 1.5 kg within a weak. damm true.
