Hello my friends we know being healthly is good habit . To remain healthly we need to do exercise yoga some physically activity . Basically things like physically activity yoga exercise comes later than diet . It pays very improtant role in our life whatever we eat. To remain healthy we must avoid eating junk food . If you can not leave junk then just take it in low quantity . Morever we should eat green vegitables and do exercise regulary about 1 Hour do some push-up and take a good sleep , focus on maintaining self control learn to love yourself , do not study at the cost of health as health is more improtant than study , watch good be good and do good , never blame other for your mistake , dont observe negtive people some time we must feel nature around us by doing so our thought will be good.
