Exercise daily may help you in reducing your fat weight but it is unusual if you are not following a proper diet plan.
Proper diet plan means a balanved ratio of protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats and other micro nutrients like minerals, vitamines, amino acids etc.
Carbohydrates are of two types: simple and complex. Simple carbs digest immidiately and provide instant energy which spikes our insuline and store fat in body. So thats not beneficial for our fitness goals. Simple carbs sources are white rice, white bread, fried food , noodles, etc.
Fruits are also consist simple carbs but if ate in morning will be beneficial because in morning body require instant energy source due to empty stomach all night.
